A review is a written opinion of a book. When you write a review, you think about the book you have just read - did you like it or not? What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it? What was your favorite part of the book? Most importantly, do you think that other people like you would like to read this book? Then, you write to tell people what you think so that they can decide whether or not they would like to read it.

Your review doesnt have to be long. It can be as short as a single paragraph. If you are older, say, 12-15 years old, you might have a lot to say. You may want to really explain what you think about the book.
